The Extinction Log Publisher is the channel's own private tool. It runs on the channel owner's computer and is used only by the channel owner, to upload and describe the channel's own videos, read the channel's own statistics and manage the channel's own comments and playlists on YouTube and the channel's other social accounts. It is not offered to anyone else and has no public sign up.
